In the Beginning, There Was Just Me

Here I float up here in a place without a name,

No one is around yet, I’m still thinking of a game.

I need to figure out on how I’m going to play,

Because when it starts, it’s going to be the same, every single day.

Yes, I’m going to have a good old time,

Teaching my student very melodic rhymes.

He will be my pupil in everything,

I’ll even teach him how to sing.

The very first thing he’ll learn is that, “I’m number one”,

And he’ll forever be known as my, “knucklehead son”.

I will need to set some clear-cut rules,

On how to behave, when here at school.

Yes, that’s what it will have to be,

I already know, he thinks he’s smarter than me.

I’m going to have a glorious time,

Teaching my son all about my rhymes.

So, I need to inform all you gym shoe creepers and non-believers, it’s going to happen one day,

The time will come, when everyone will get a chance to play.
