I’ve Got To Have Everything In Place

Before I begin the first day of school,

I’ve got to ensure everything is cool.

I’m going to make certain prior to sitting down,

My number one student doesn’t act a clown.

There’s only one who has all the love,

He’s the one who sits up above.

Time to put everything in its proper place,

Before you ever see my face.

No need to worry about a thing,

I’ll even teach you how to sing.

And if you don’t want to forever burn,

Pay attention, be quiet and learn.

Always remember, its true what they say about lips,

The loose ones, certainly sink ships.

So if you truly want to cruise,

Make certain, not to lose.

If you don’t want to dig your own grave,

Then you must always behave.

Your Father

God
